Spacious and modern rooms.
During my stay, the check-in process was frustrating. I had requested a quiet room but was given one near traffic, resulting in a sleepless night. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, with dust in the corners and sticky surfaces that made me uncomfortable.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff
I had a great stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our family. The best part was the location, just a short walk from downtown attractions. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement, as they felt somewhat limited during my stay.

Clean, spacious room with a fantastic location right in the hustle of things! Loved the fact that they had a comfy lobby for people-watching.
But those sheets? I think they might have auditioned for a horror movie!

We had an amazing time enjoying the indoor pool, especially for our little one. The heated water was perfect and the shower area was spacious enough for the baby. The staff was welcoming and remembered us, which truly made the stay special.
In my wife’s opinion, a small microwave in the room would be great for heating baby food.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our family. Valet service was efficient, although the $40 daily fee was a bit of a surprise. Breakfast options were plentiful and fresh, definitely one of the best we've had. However, we faced issues with the room cleanliness. there were hairs found in the towels and the shower had some mildew which was disappointing. We had some frustration with getting additional towels and trash removal during our stay. Despite these hiccups, the friendly staff made our experience better when we interacted with them. Just a heads up for future guests, be mindful of the parking costs and verify your reservations if you have special requirements. It’s a good hotel if you can overlook some service inconsistencies.

great staff but noisy neighbors
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated how the front clerk handled a situation with loud teenagers, ensuring peace for all guests. The location couldn't be better, a quick walk to downtown makes it very convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, just like I prefer it.
The noise from neighboring rooms could be disruptive at times.
