During my stay, the check-in process was frustrating. I had requested a quiet room but was given one near traffic, resulting in a sleepless night. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, with dust in the corners and sticky surfaces that made me uncomfortable.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our family. The best part was the location, just a short walk from downtown attractions. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement, as they felt somewhat limited during my stay.

We had an amazing time enjoying the indoor pool, especially for our little one. The heated water was perfect and the shower area was spacious enough for the baby. The staff was welcoming and remembered us, which truly made the stay special.

In my wife’s opinion, a small microwave in the room would be great for heating baby food.

I found the hotel perfect for wandering downtown, with a fantastic atmosphere and just a few steps from charming parks like the Portsmouth Harbor Trail where I enjoyed beautiful views. the staff was super kind and the large rooms made my stay really enjoyable as I felt right at home while exploring the area.

However, we faced issues with the room cleanliness. there were hairs found in the towels and the shower had some mildew which was disappointing. We had some frustration with getting additional towels and trash removal during our stay. Despite these hiccups, the friendly staff made our experience better when we interacted with them. Just a heads up for future guests, be mindful of the parking costs and verify your reservations if you have special requirements. It’s a good hotel if you can overlook some service inconsistencies.
